Message from the Founder:

Welcome! My name is Kayla Drick. I formerly served as Secretary on the Board of Directors in my own community prior to opening Drick Management in 2022. The time had come to select a new Property Management Company, and I found that many companies were offering standarized management packages that did not include much onsite management. I saw this as an opportunity to elevate the Property Management industry by offering what my Board was looking for- a customized plan that was geared towards their needs.

 

Nothing more, and nothing less! Since then, Drick Management has expanded by word of mouth, employees, and vendor relationships.
